The short answers
What AGEWARDEN does, what you pay for, and how your account works. In plain language, no fine print.
AGEWARDEN decides whether a visitor is over 18 from a few seconds of their voice. Your backend asks, AGEWARDEN returns an over-18 / under-18 result, and you act on it. A fast yes-or-no age check: no document uploads, no selfies, no account for the visitor to create.
Any site or app that must keep under-18 visitors out of age-restricted content or commerce in seconds, not minutes. See the Demo to hear it work.
You're billed once for each Approved or Declined result. If a recording is unclear and the user is asked to try again, that retry is free. Repeated inconclusive attempts are finalized as Declined under our reasonable-use terms. Test-key traffic never counts.
Once a month, in arrears. At the end of each billing period we total the verifications you used, apply the graduated band rates, and charge the card on file. No upfront charge, no minimums, no commitment.
New accounts start with a $10 account credit (roughly 100 verifications at the entry rate). Your card is validated at signup but not billed until you've used past the credit.
We retry the charge for seven days and email you. If it still hasn't cleared, the service pauses and resumes the moment the card goes through. Nothing to do but fix the payment method.
Any time, from the billing portal. No email, no retention call. You're billed once for usage up to the moment you cancel, then it ends. Nothing recurring.
No. Stripe handles all payment information. Card numbers never pass through or get stored by AGEWARDEN; we see only what Stripe reports about billing status. For how we handle data more broadly, see the Privacy Policy.
Recover it yourself, no support ticket. From the Account dashboard, request a magic link sent to your signup email, then issue a fresh key. The old key keeps working for 24 hours so you can roll out the new one without downtime.
The Account dashboard handles keys and account access. Billing, invoices, payment method, and cancellation live in the billing portal, reachable from the same place.
Yes. Enterprise replaces the card on file with net-30 ACH or wire and adds a signed DPA and MSA, a negotiated SLA, a custom rate, and a dedicated support contact. Talk to us.
