FAQ
- You're billed once per completed verification, either Approved or Declined. If a recording is unclear, the user can try again at no charge.
- Billing runs monthly, in arrears. No upfront charge, no minimums.
- If a card fails, we retry for seven days and email you. Service pauses, then resumes the moment the card clears.
- Lost your API key? Recover it yourself from the dashboard: a magic link to your signup email issues a fresh key, and the old one keeps working for 24 hours.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal. You're billed for usage to that moment, then it ends.
